Application of Activated Carbon in Gold Recovery


In gold extraction processes, activated carbon is used to adsorb gold complexes from cyanide leaching solutions. Coconut shell activated carbon, due to its high hardness, good adsorption performance, and regeneration capacity, has become the preferred material for carbon-in-powder (CIP) and carbon-in-liquid (CIL) processes.
