Applications of Activated Carbon in Water Treatment

Activated carbon is widely used in drinking water purification, industrial wastewater treatment, and municipal sewage treatment. It can effectively remove residual chlorine, odor, color, and some organic pollutants from water, and is often used in water purifier filter cartridges or adsorption units of large-scale water treatment facilities.
